G-BILR - Cessna 152
A regular workhorse of training fleets worldwide, the 2-seater C152 has been the first experience of a light aircraft and an introduction to aviation for many pilots over the years. This particular club aircraft also has the benefit of a Garmin 430 GPS and in addition to training is often the choice of hire for shorter trips.

G-CGWO - Tecnam P2002-JF
Our Tecnam is a modern 2-seat training and touring aircraft, beautiful to fly with great visibility from the sliding canopy, and superbly equipped including a Garmin 430 GPS Nav/Com. This aircraft also offers a stick-type control instead of the control wheel column-type found in most traditional training aircraft.
G-BUUK - Slingsby Firefly T67M MKII
A two seater classsic British aerobatic training aircraft that is available for trial aerobatic flights and AOPA syllabus aerobatic instruction. Powered by a fuel injected Lycoming AEIO320-D1B it is able to perform sustained negative-G aerobatics. The question is ........ are you?
G-LORR - Piper PA28 (Cherokee Archer III)
An immaculate 4-seat aircraft with a comprehensive IFR panel, autopilot and recently equipped with a brand new Garmin 650 Nav/Com/GPS and a Mode S transponder. This a popular choice for members' hire - a great going places aircraft.
G-SHSP - Cessna 172 (Skyhawk - Millenium Edition)
The C172 is a tried and trusted 4-seater aircraft and our version is fully IFR equipped and also benefits from an autopilot and GPS system. Another popular choice for touring the C172 provides great visibility of the ground from within the cabin with it's high wing design. Available for training or hire.
G-MPAA - Piper PA28 (Cherokee Archer III)
Our newer Archer III is another superb 4-seat touring aircraft with a comprehensive panel, S-TEC 55X autopilot with altitude preselect and dual Garmin 430 Nav/Com/GPS systems and a nice leather interior. Another popular touring aircraft.
G-OGGY - Aviat A-1B Husky
The newest addition to the Shropshire Aero Club fleet is a superbly capable short field performance aircraft. Our Husky G-OGGY is available for tailwheel conversions, short field experience training and also for solo hire for suitably proficient pilots.
